Lakeland Manufacturing is currently hiring for 3 openings, including opportunities for:

• CNC Machinist

• Swiss Machinist

• Machine Operator

We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work. Whether you are an experienced CNC Machinist or a skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, or other manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Additional Qualifications for Advanced Machinists

• Experience setting up CNC equipment.

• Experience editing offsets, tooling, and machine programs.

• Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, Mazatrol, or other CNC controls preferred.

• Ability to hold tight tolerances and perform advanced inspections.

• Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
